- Mel is the Customer Experience Program Manager, a.k.a. "The Fearless Leader". She has been working at Batchbook since 2009 and she's committed to helping our customers get up and running quickly. - The first time we met Jill was at a staff picnic (she was attending with her husband and then-new employee Eric), where she gifted the newest BatchBaby with a Flippy onesie. We were really happy when she decided to join the BatchFamily as a member of the Customer Experience team. Her super powers are that she's a maker of beautiful things, and also our un-official "Official Party Planner". (bio)
