Quality Assurance, BatchBlue Software, LLC

Stephanie works in Quality Assurance (QA). She assists the Operations Manager in testing functionality and maintaining up-to-date internal documents.

Stephanie took a circuitous route to where she is today. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1995 with a degree in Environmental Science. After working behind the scenes in a lab coat for several years, she took an administrative position at New England Testing Laboratory. Here, she experienced working on the front lines of customer service (literally, at the front desk aka “the hot seat”). She provided support to clients and engineers, as well as concerned home owners. She became passionate about providing friendly, helpful service. As a newcomer to the tech world, Stephanie is very excited to be part of the BatchBlue team.

Some of her interests include travel, cats, vegetarian cooking and the Red Sox. This past summer, she and her husband Mark traveled to Kyoto where they ate lots of noodles, visited Shinto shrines, and took a rickshaw ride through a bamboo forest. They recently adopted a kitten and named her Yoko after a very helpful woman they met in Japan.
