With BatchBox Email Forwarding

BatchBook Communications’ simple interface allows you to log email, phone and in-person communications with your contacts. Want to see when the last contact with a client was and what was discussed? Simply look up your client and that information is displayed on their contact record.

With BatchBox email forwarding, you can send emails directly to BatchBook. BatchBook will automatically store the email as a Communication, attach it to the relevant contacts (and create a new contact, if needed), and retain any attachments.

You can also use the Lists feature to generate an email list or mailing labels from records you’ve tagged, making pro-active communications with groups of people quick and easy.

Other features of BatchBook Communications include:

  • Ability to track important communications such as quotes or promises that are often lost in disconnected systems
  • Instant access to all communications between a customer and the business, shared across your staff or work team
  • Integrates with existing software so that you can still use the tools you're used to using
  • Attach files to communications, such as resumes for job candidates or invoices from vendors
