Keri Calhoun
Operations Manager, BatchBlue Software, LLC
Keri provides Quality Assurance (Q/A) and technical project management for BatchBlue’s web-based applications. She also helps facilitate internal operations. As such, her job is twofold: testing our applications to ensure they’re functioning smoothly and accurately, and standardizing our internal operations and processes.
Keri’s dot-com journey began in 1996 in the Customer Service department at Amazon.com, where she helped establish, train, and manage Amazon’s first telecommuting community of customer service representatives. Since then, she’s provided technical and account support for The Cobalt Group and, most recently, Q/A and operational support for Rhode Island’s own InsureMyTrip.com.
A native Rhode Islander, Keri received her BA in English and writing from the nearby Framingham State College and, most recently, an MA in secondary education from Rhode Island College. In addition to the wonderful wide world of Webly endeavors, Keri’s other passions include family, education, hiking, music, thrifting, quilting, and all manner of crafty pursuits.
