  • Customize your data: Need to know which clients came from a referral (and from whom)? Who prefers UPS delivery and who is fine with an upload? Who has an unhealthy obsession with orange? Use SuperTags to create fields for the information you need to track for the way you do business.
  • Log your activities: Send all client emails—along with attachments—directly into BatchBook via BatchBox. Save them alongside notes from phone calls, chat transcripts, and To-Dos. Always know what’s the latest with every client.
  • Build your network: Want to keep track of the contacts you met at your most recent meetup? Tag them with their area of expertise and availability and keep them all together. You never know when you’ll need someone to quickly build a shopping cart backend for you!

And you can further customize your SuperTag set (adding, deleting, editing) depending on your unique needs.

How to get the data

Once you’ve signed up for a BatchBook account, you can add the Designers SuperTags by visiting the new SuperTag Library on the Tags & SuperTags page. Here, you can add all of the Designer SuperTags, just some of them, or any other SuperTags for other industries. We highly recommend the Feed Reader SuperTag!
