BatchBlue LLC is the creator of web applications for small businesses. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island. BatchBlue’s inaugural app is Batchbook, an online contact organizer for small business, which launched in Fall of 2007 at DEMO, the premiere conference for emerging and innovative technology (http://www.demo.com/).
BatchBlue’s mission is to provide usable, useful software that brings big business tools and technology to the small business sector. Their product research involves extensive user and usability testing through support forums and user group surveys.

BatchBlue also hosts the weekly SBBuzz small business Twitter chat (http://sbbuzz.biz) where hundreds of small business owner log in each week to discuss technology and social media related issues. Launched in 2009, the chat grew to over 18,000 followers in the first year and has hosted prominent small business speakers such as Anita Campbell, CEO of smallbiztrends.com, BeckMcCray, editor of SmallBizSurvival.com and Lee Hower, co-founder of LinkedIn and principal at Point Judith Capital.
